1. What unique perspective do you offer to your customers? I tried to leave this industry after college and became a chef and a school teacher. My love of the sport, combined with more than 20 years of riding and more than 10 years of sales, give a different view than an 18 shop kid.

4. Where is the coolest place you have ever been? MT Baker, April, 2008, Coldest ever was Sugarbush, VT. January of 1993. It was -110 with the wind blowing.
